1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to LeetPhys ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at leetphys.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and LeetPhys. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

2. Definitions

"Service": Refers to the LeetPhys platform, which provides physics problem practice and training for Physics Olympiad preparation.
"User": Any individual who accesses or uses the Service, whether registered or unregistered.
"Account": A registered user profile on the Service.
"Content": Any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Service.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.   • Bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to the Service
  • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to the Service

5. User Content

Our Service allows you to submit content, including comments, solutions, and other materials. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that content. 6. Subscription and Payment Terms

The Service is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans in the future. If we do, we will notify users and provide details about the subscription options, payment terms, and renewal policies. Any subscription changes will not affect your access to previously free features.

The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, problems, solutions, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by LeetPhys or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEETPHYS OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
